Your use of GPT Image 1.5, including GPT-Image 1.5, API endpoints, and experimental features, constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

GPT Image 1.5 provides AI-powered image generation, editing, and UI design capabilities powered by GPT-5 architecture. We continually iterate on safety systems, model weights, and interfaces, which may change without notice.

We may update these Terms to reflect product releases, legal requirements, or policy changes. Material updates will be announced in-product or via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

You may use GPT Image 1.5 only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse GPT-Image 1.5, interfere with other users, submit unlawful content, or attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or extract our models or infrastructure.

GPT Image 1.5 operates on prepaid credits or subscriptions. All payments are processed by trusted third-party providers. Purchases are final unless required by law. We may expire inactive credits for security or compliance reasons after providing notice.

You retain rights to assets and prompts you upload. By submitting content, you grant GPT Image 1.5 a limited license to process, host, and display it solely to deliver the service, maintain safety systems, and comply with legal obligations.

You may not use GPT-Image 1.5 to generate content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual involving minors, violent, infringing, or otherwise violates our Acceptable Use rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these standards.

GPT-Image 1.5 outputs may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or biases. We do not guarantee that generated visuals will meet specific brand guidelines, trademark clearance, or regulatory requirements. You are responsible for reviewing assets before production use.

The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” GPT Image 1.5 disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

GPT Image 1.5 and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of GPT-Image 1.5.
