If you sign in with a third-party identity provider, we receive the minimal profile data required to authenticate you.

When you upload images or generate assets with GPT Image 1.5, we log the prompts, settings, and resulting imagery so we can deliver your outputs, diagnose issues, and improve GPT-Image 1.5. We do not use your private generations for external marketing or model training without your explicit opt-in.

We automatically collect technical data about how you access the platform, including IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referring URLs, session duration, and interactions with features like image editing tools or UI design controls.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember workspace preferences, measure campaign performance, and personalize content. You can manage cookies in your browser, but disabling them may limit core GPT-Image 1.5 functionality.

GPT-Image 1.5 operates on a credit-based system. When you purchase credits or subscriptions, our PCI-compliant partners process your payment information. We store only the transaction metadata (credit balance, invoice IDs, plan details) and never retain full card numbers on GPT Image 1.5 servers.

We do not intentionally collect government identifiers, health data, biometric information, or data from children under 13. We do not scan your galleries for advertising, and we do not sell personal information to third parties.

We use collected data to operate and improve GPT-Image 1.5, including delivering generations, training safety filters, preventing abuse, supporting billing, communicating product updates, and developing new features such as image editing tools or UI design capabilities.

GPT Image 1.5 applies encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, monitoring, and periodic audits. Our safety systems screen inputs and outputs to reduce harmful or unauthorized content, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.

GPT Image 1.5 integrates with infrastructure, analytics, payment, storage, and support vendors that help us deliver GPT-Image 1.5. We share only the minimum necessary data with these providers, and each vendor is required to protect it under contract.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features, regulatory requirements, or operational changes. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date and, where appropriate, provide in-product notifications. Continued use of GPT-Image 1.5 after the update constitutes acceptance.
